Important Booking Information
The tour will be conducted regardless of whether or not the drift ice has arrived. Thank you for your understanding.
If you board the Aurora with the condition that there is no drift ice, you will receive a refund of 800 yen for adults and 400 yen for children.
If the Aurora flight is canceled, a refund of 3,000 yen for adults and 1,500 yen for children will be made.
For dinner, except for the upgrade plan, we will distribute "Kitami Yakiniku Meat Coupons" to customers, so please use the coupons to enjoy Yakiniku.
There are 17 participating stores in Kitami City, and advance reservations are required. It is possible to make a reservation on the same day, but there are many cases where seats are full. We recommend making reservations in advance.

There is also an upgraded dinner plan in which a tour conductor will take you to the restaurant (2000 yen more than usual, limited to 15 people). If you find it difficult to make a reservation on your own, we recommend making a reservation using this plan.
